Customer guidance for people of working age provides general guidance and counselling about various services, and also more specific customer guidance. A professional reviews your situation with you and directs you to the services you need.

Chat service, adult social work guidance and counselling
Social counsellors can provide guidance and support in matters relating to social services for people of working age. These may include, for example, concerns about coping with everyday life, financial problems, employment status, or intimate partner violence.
The service is open Mon-Thu from 12:00 to 14:00.
Supplementary and preventive social assistance
You can apply for supplementary and preventive social assistance to obtain additional support for expenses due to special needs and circumstances that are not covered by basic social assistance.

You can apply for social assistance digitally or by completing a printable form. Printable forms can be returned to the social work office of your local health and social services centre.
